Our card holders
The relevance of a new card holder: we wanted a creation for everyday life, an object that stands out for its discreet luxury, its small size in a pocket or bag, its sufficient capacity for everyday use and the security of your documents thanks to an anti-NFC film.
If our production may be confidential, this is due to a very rigorous selection of leathers; production is low compared to the demand in the world of high luxury.
The choice of materials and the combination of colors guided our choices: exceptional leathers that we select with the greatest rigor; we are aware that we cannot guarantee large series; but what would you say to a card holder manufactured industrially and abroad?
We work with the finest tanneries and the best craftsmen!
Our leather craftsman is deeply committed to the quality of his work and finishes, with meticulous attention to detail in quality control. He is based in Briatexte, in the Tarn region, a land of leather and rugby; his grandparents hid a family during the darkest hours of our history; this family taught this leather craftsman to diversify and to create leather goods in the truest sense of the word, not just soles or shoes.
For the 10 Column, we wanted a case made in France: Maison Chrysole in Comines, in the North, is in charge of our production; this workshop manufactures the pouches for major brands.
Our leathers
Novonappa calfskin from the Haas tannery (EPV) : this is a French leather used for luxury leather goods; the secrets of its double tanning and the nourishing of the hides guarantee suppleness and an ability to develop a patina over time.
The softness of its touch, the depth of its colors, the patina that develops over time, are all testimonies to its uniqueness.
We also use, from this tannery, a very supple black Mappacalf leather that is as soft and silky as a plongé lambskin.
Bodin-Joyeux (EPV) certified lambskin leather: this leather offers a silky feel and exceptional depth of color. It is used by major luxury brands for clothing and leather goods; we use these hides for the lining of our card holders.
Goatskin leather from the Alran tannery in Mazamet, Tarn (EPV) : a supplier to major fashion houses, this tannery specializes in the finest goatskin leathers with a beautiful range of colors and various finishes, allowing us to use it both indoors and outdoors; we most often use their high-quality Sully leather or a Sofiano finish.
With regard to exotic skins, we absolutely wanted them to be accompanied by the CITES certificate which guarantees the origin and which is essential with regard to control authorities such as Customs or the DGCCRF; this certificate is issued with each card holder made with these skins.
